Most famously associated with the concept of Perennial Philosophy, it posits that All Major Traditions share a single, transcendent metaphysical Source and Core Set of Truths.

What most of us do not understand about the reality of Earth is that we live in a world dominated by Magic. The word itself often conjures up images of prestidigitation or the jugglery of mountebanks, and many people will laugh at the idea of Magic being real. But if they only knew what Magic truly is, and how it is constantly being used to shape their lives, they would not be laughing. Magic is the art of Directing and Controlling Energy using natural Forces to produce a desired effect. It is the science of causing change to occur in accordance with Will. Wherever your Mind Focuses, your Energy goes. We have inherited the Creative Powers of the Elohim, and whether we Realize it or not, we are all Magicians. The physical world manifests itself around our Mental Creations; we attract things, people, and circumstances according to the way we dream, imagine, think, feel, and act.
All Magic is Mind. Every creation of man begins in the Mind, for the Mind is the engine that drives the Great Magical Agent. This Agent is a plastic mediator, a receptacle for vibrations of movement and images of form—it is the imagination of Nature itself. Everything we Create within our Mind's eye will be manifested in our Life when we accept the fact that we are not and have never been ruled by circumstances. We are the Rulers of our Own Lives.
The Magic by which a man becomes free is his imagination. By training himself to cast up Mental pictures of the thing he desires, by resisting sensual stimuli and refusing to react blindly to his environment, he assumes a factual position in accordance with his vision. This vision then becomes his experience. Nothing is impossible to anyone if he is capable of envisioning it in his Mind, clearly and without reservation. The Universal Subconscious Mind is the doer of All Things, and it responds to the conceptions that we project into it. True Visualization is an attribute of the Divine acting in the Mind of man. When one Consciously pictures a desire they wish fulfilled, they are using one of the most Powerful means of bringing it into visible, tangible experience.
Magic does not depend on a great Force of physical Will, but on the Effective Direction of the Will to the Source of All Power, the Unmanifest. There is no need to grunt, strain, or use elaborate rituals; traditional instruments and forms are at best aids in creating the proper climate of Mind, and at worst, they are obstructions. All Magic, great or small, is a Direct Communication with the Unmanifest, achieved through Focused Thought Energy. If you have a desire you wish to be fulfilled and lack the Will-Power and Faith to back up your Mental images, nothing you do will accomplish your desire. It is your Mind, and it is also the same Universal Mind of God. You really do have that Power.
Words are not just elements of speech and writing; they are the vehicles by which the effects of Magic are strengthened and projected into the material world. When spoken out loud, words transform into frequencies and vibrations that actively Direct Energy. The Word is the expression of the reason of Being and of Life. Jesus, the Incarnate Word, demonstrates that the Spoken Logos is the Creative Force of the world. In Magic, words are used to compel nature and to reveal hidden Forces.
ABRACADABRA is thought of as a Magical word and IT IS because it is from the Aramaic phrase "Avra kehdabra" which means literally "I will Create as I Speak." Spoken Words cast spells, that's why it's called SPELLING. Spoken Words are the Energy of Magic. Use them Wisely.
This is one of the first and most vital steps to Creating Real Magic. The fool says Abracadabra and nothing happens, but the Magus says ABRACADABRA and mountains move. The difference lies in the Knowledge that the Spoken Word carries the Directed Will and the Focused Feeling of the Mind that utters it. Every Word is a crystallized Thought, and when lodged in the Mind of another or projected into the Universe, that crystal dissolves and the released Thought manifests itself. Therefore, the Magician knows to choose his Words with Ultimate care, for they are the inciters to Action, the inducers of Feeling, and the reproducers of Mental states.
Divine Wisdom, Power, and Knowledge, is Magic pure and simple—the real Magic, or White Magic. It is the Absolute in morality, in the direction of activity, and in freedom. White Magic is the empowerment and acknowledgement of our own Divinity and Mastery in the Universe. It is the art of acting solely for the Higher Good of All.
The White Magician consecrates his Life to study, meditation, and service so that he may know the Law and Direct Force to its appointed ends. He molds himself into the Divine Plan, becoming part of the Divine Rhythm by sacrificing his ego and his personal wishes to the Will of the Infinite. He asks only to Know wherein his duty lies and how he may be of the Greatest Service to the greatest number. For the White Magician, LOVE is the only Master he answers to. Love is God, and the man who knows how to Master the Great Magical Agent so as to Direct its currents through Focused Thought Energy, receives the exhaustless treasure of the Power of Love through Focused Heart Feelings. The Pentagram, the figure of the microcosm and the Magical formula of man, is the symbol of this True Light—the human Soul rising from the bondage of animal nature to Master and govern all creatures’ inferior to himself.
Black Magic, or Goetia, is the shadow and reverse side of the great mystery of Transcendent Magic. If White Magic is the absolute in morality, Black Magic is the absolute in immorality, in fatality, and in deadly quietism. It may be defined as the art of inducing artificial mania in ourselves and in others, and it is the empiricism of fatality. It is the science of poisoning the Mind and the world.
When the Great Magical Agent is driven by unbridled appetite, excessive passion, and the desire to oppress the weak or control the wills of others for selfish gain, it becomes the instrument of Black Magic. All excessive passion produces a factitious force of which the will cannot be the master; instead, the will becomes obedient to the tyranny of that passion. This is why madness is contagious and why passions in general operate as a veritable witchcraft. The true black magicians are those who do evil for the sake of doing evil, or who use their Intellectual and Spiritual Powers (Thoughts, Feelings and Words) to manipulate the vanity, greed, and selfishness of others for their own personal benefit. They project their hatred and destructive Emotions (Energy in Motion) into the Astral Light, creating malevolent forces. However, this is the path of self-destruction. The fire they kindle will consume themselves, and the occult forces they attempt to command without purity of heart will inevitably return to annihilate them.
