In this Esoteric framework, the Discipline of the Personality is defined as the primary work of any entity Actively Seeking Conscious Spiritual Evolution. The foundational prerequisite for this Profound Work is the deliberate cultivation of silence. Before any analytical or energetic balancing can be successfully performed, the Active Mind must be Entirely Stilled. The goal of daily meditation in this context is the complete cessation of Mental chatter, effectively Quieting the active Matrix of the Mind.
