God is ALL in All
This is a Philosophical and Spiritual endeavor to extract, Harmonize, and synthesize the Universal Truths underlying the world's Diverse Religious, Mystical, and Philosophical traditions. Most famously associated with the concept of Perennial Philosophy, it posits that All Major Traditions share a single, transcendent metaphysical Source and Core Set of Truths.
"By the Power of Truth, I, while Living, have Conquered the Universe."
"I Am Nothing, yet I Am Everything."
Leviticus Chapter One
1 And the Lord called unto Moses, and spake unto him out of the tabernacle of the congregation, saying,
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man of you bring an offering unto the Lord, ye shall bring your offering of the cattle, even of the herd, and of the flock.
3 If his offering be a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish: he shall offer it of his own voluntary will at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the Lord.
4 And he shall put his hand upon the head of the burnt offering; and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him.
5 And he shall kill the bullock before the Lord: and the priests, Aaron's sons, shall bring the blood, and sprinkle the blood round about upon the altar that is by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
6 And he shall flay the burnt offering, and cut it into his pieces.
7 And the sons of Aaron the priest shall put fire upon the altar, and lay the wood in order upon the fire:
8 And the priests, Aaron's sons, shall lay the parts, the head, and the fat, in order upon the wood that is on the fire which is upon the altar:
9 But his inwards and his legs shall he wash in water: and the priest shall burn all on the altar, to be a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the Lord.
10 And if his offering be of the flocks, namely, of the sheep, or of the goats, for a burnt sacrifice; he shall bring it a male without blemish.
11 And he shall kill it on the side of the altar northward before the Lord: and the priests, Aaron's sons, shall sprinkle his blood round about upon the altar.
12 And he shall cut it into his pieces, with his head and his fat: and the priest shall lay them in order on the wood that is on the fire which is upon the altar:
13 But he shall wash the inwards and the legs with water: and the priest shall bring it all, and burn it upon the altar: it is a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the Lord.
14 And if the burnt sacrifice for his offering to the Lord be of fowls, then he shall bring his offering of turtledoves, or of young pigeons.
15 And the priest shall bring it unto the altar, and wring off his head, and burn it on the altar; and the blood thereof shall be wrung out at the side of the altar:
16 And he shall pluck away his crop with his feathers, and cast it beside the altar on the east part, by the place of the ashes:
17 And he shall cleave it with the wings thereof, but shall not divide it asunder: and the priest shall burn it upon the altar, upon the wood that is upon the fire: it is a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the Lord.
Esoteric Interpretation & Commentary
The Hermetic Blueprint of Leviticus Chapter One: The Alchemical Offering of the Lower Self
"Leviticus Chapter One establishes the rigorous foundational Laws of Internal Sacrifice, detailing how the Seeker must voluntarily surrender the base animal nature to the Divine Fire. The Sovereign Will Directs the Alchemical process of Purifying the lower Thoughts and gross Passions, preparing the Microcosmic Temple to receive the ascending Flame of Superconscious Illumination."
Verses 1-9: The Alchemical Offering of the Herd - "And the LORD called unto Moses, and spake unto him out of the tabernacle of the congregation, saying... If his offering be a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish... And he shall put his hand upon the head of the burnt offering; and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him."
The Lord Calling unto Moses represents the Superconscious Intelligence speaking directly from the Inner sanctuary of the Mind. The burnt sacrifice of the herd symbolizes the voluntary surrender and Transmutation of the heavy, unrefined animal desires and gross earthly Passions of the lower physical body. Placing the hand upon the head of the offering signifies the Conscious transference of personal responsibility and the Alignment of the human Will with the Divine Law. The complete consumption of the sacrifice by Fire represents the intense Alchemical Purification process, wherein base Mental and Emotional Vibrations are entirely dissolved and elevated into Pure Spiritual Light.
Verses 10-13: The Offering of the Flock - "And if his offering be of the flocks, namely, of the sheep, or of the goats, for a burnt sacrifice; he shall bring it a male without blemish... And he shall kill it on the side of the altar northward before the LORD: and the priests, Aaron's sons, shall sprinkle his blood round about upon the altar."
The transition from the larger herd to the flocks of sheep or goats represents the refinement of the sacrifice, moving from gross physical desires to subtle Emotional and Mental impulses. Sheep symbolize the docile, obedient aspects of the lower Psyche, while goats represent the stubborn, willful tendencies that must also be brought under control. Slaughtering the offering on the northward side of the altar Esoterically signifies confronting the cold, dark, and unillumined regions of the Subconscious. The priests (Aaron's sons) represent the Higher, Ordained Faculties of the Mind that handle the Sacred Vitality. Sprinkling the blood—representing the Life Force and Vital Energy—round about the altar seals the Inner Temple against chaotic astral intrusions and consecrates the entire Energetic Field to the Divine Source.
Verses 14-17: The Offering of the Fowls - "And if the administrative burnt sacrifice for his offering to the LORD be of turtledoves, or of young pigeons, then he shall bring his offering of turtledoves, or of young pigeons... And the priest shall bring it unto the altar, and wring off his head, and burn it on the altar; and the blood thereof shall be wrung out at the side of the altar..."
The fowls—turtledoves or young pigeons—represent the Highest, most subtle, and delicate Thoughts, Aspirations, and Spiritual longings of the Uninitiated Seeker. Because these vibrations are lighter and closer to the Superconscious, they require a different approach to Alchemical Transformation. Wringing off the head symbolizes the complete surrender and suspension of the ordinary, analytical Intellect and personal ego-identity. The Priest burning the offering on the altar indicates that even our Highest Intellectual concepts and Spiritual Devotions must be entirely dissolved in the Divine Fire, stripped of personal ego, and completely merged into the Universal Flame of the Absolute.
