God is ALL in All

This is a Philosophical and Spiritual endeavor to extract, Harmonize, and synthesize the Universal Truths underlying the world's Diverse Religious, Mystical, and Philosophical traditions. Most famously associated with the concept of Perennial Philosophy, it posits that All Major Traditions share a single, transcendent metaphysical Source and Core Set of Truths.

"By the Power of Truth, I, while Living, have Conquered the Universe."

"I Am Nothing, yet I Am Everything."

The Apocalypse Unveiled

The Esoteric and Historical Reality of John's Revelation

For centuries, the Book of Revelation has stood as the most cryptic and misunderstood text in the biblical canon. To the orthodox mind, it presents a terrifying sequence of literal, physical cataclysms and Divine retributions. However, to the Seeker of Esoteric Truth, Revelation is a Masterful repository of Spiritual symbology and historical prophecy. It was deliberately written in symbols so that the dogmatic powers of the earth could not see their own future condemnation within its pages, thereby preserving the text from destruction.

When the veil of literalism is lifted, the visions of John of Patmos reveal a dual masterpiece. On the Microcosmic level, it is a map of the Soul's Alchemical Journey from the Bondage of Human Self-Will Into the Perfect, Resurrected State of Divine Will. On the Macrocosmic level, it is an astonishingly Precise Historical blueprint detailing the Rise and Fall of Civil Empires, the Corruption of the early Church, and the Ultimate Establishment of a New Era of Universal Truth.

This essay explores the mechanics of John’s visions, synthesizing both the Spiritual Translation and the Historical Fulfillment of the Apocalypse.

The Microcosm: The Anatomy of the Soul and the Seven Seals

To understand the prophecies, one must first decode the architecture of the human being as outlined in the opening chapters of Revelation. The "Seven Churches of Asia" to which John addresses his letters were historical bodies of men, but esoterically, they represent the seven fundamental gifts of God that constitute the human being.

According to the Divine Design, these Seven Gifts—and their corresponding churches—are

Ephesus: Existence.

Pergamos: Consciousness.

Smyrna: Individuality.

Philadelphia: Wisdom.

Sardis: Reason.

Laodicea: Judgment.

Thyatira: Love.

When John was "in the Spirit," he Surrendered his Mortal Will Entirely and was granted a vision of the Throne of God. The Throne is not a physical chair, but the Absolute, Perfect Will of God. The Ultimate Goal of Human Evolution is to Align the Seven Gifts of the Soul Completely with this Divine Will.

In this vision, John beheld a book sealed with Seven Seals, representing the Mystery of Time and Human Destiny. No man was found worthy to open it until the appearance of "The Lamb as it had been slain". Orthodox Christianity has localized the Lamb solely as the historical Jesus. However, esoterically, the Lamb represents a Resurrected Condition of Being—the Perfect State of Existing in Total Submission to the Will of God. Jesus of Nazareth was the first of this earth to attain this State of Absolute Oneness with the Father, and thus He became the Lamb.

The Macrocosm: The Chariots of History

While the Seals represent the Spiritual Progression of the Soul, they also unlock the historical progression of Western civilization. Because the world is Governed by Two Forces—the Spiritual (the Church) and the Civil (the State)—John’s visions utilized two Distinct Sets of Symbols operating simultaneously: the Four Beasts Representing the Church, and the Four Horses representing the Roman Empire and Civil Power.

The First Seal: The Lion and the White Horse

In its infancy, the Christian Church was pure, bold, and fearless. Unburdened by dogmas and Possessing the True Spiritual Influx, the early disciples conquered the Hearts of men with the Majesty of Truth. Thus, the Church was fittingly symbolized by the Lion. Simultaneously, Imperial Rome was experiencing a period of unparalleled success and peace, symbolized by the White Horse. Its rider, carrying a bow and given a crown, perfectly reflected Octavius Caesar (Augustus), who successfully established the empire and wore the crown.

The Second Seal: The Calf and the Red Horse

As time progressed, the Church lost its unmolested freedom and became a targeted object of slaughter. It was no longer a victorious Lion, but a Calf, the ancient beast of sacrifice. This corresponded with a dark shift in civil power, marked by the appearance of the Red Horse, whose rider Possessed a Great Sword to take Peace from the earth. This was fulfilled historically in A.D. 54 when Nero ascended the throne, burned his own capital, and initiated a bloody, 250-year slaughter of Christians to satisfy the mob's thirst for vengeance.

The Third Seal: The Face of a Man and the Black Horse

By the time of Constantine the Great (A.D. 306), the Church experienced a radical mutation. As it was elevated to the official religion of the empire, its Bishops Aspired to Worldly Power, substituting Divine Revelation with human Dictation, Creeds, and Dogmas. Having lost its Divine character to human ambition, the Church was symbolized by the beast with the Face of a Man. Concurrently, the civil government was represented by a Black Horse carrying a pair of balances. This indicated darkness and extreme famine, fulfilled when Alaric and his barbarian armies invaded the empire, cutting off supplies to Rome until food had to be carefully weighed and rationed to a starving populace.

The Fourth Seal: The Flying Eagle and the Pale Horse

In its final degradation, the Church usurped complete civil authority, ruling with merciless, predatory dominance over the minds and bodies of men. It dragged heretics to the torture chamber and defied all opposition, perfectly embodied by the destructive, high-soaring Flying Eagle. Meanwhile, the Roman civil government, drained of its vitality by barbarian invasions and total submission to the Papacy, became an insipid Pale Horse. Its rider was named Death, fulfilled by the Papal persecutions that killed by sword, starvation, and the beasts of the earth.

The Great Harlot and the Beast of Formation

As the Apocalypse unfolds, John is shown the judgment of the "Great Whore that sitteth upon many waters". She is arrayed in purple and scarlet, decked with gold and precious stones, and holds a golden cup full of abominations. Upon her forehead is written: "MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS".

Historically, this is a direct representation of the Roman Catholic Church. The colors purple and scarlet are the literal colors of the Pope and his Cardinals; the immense wealth and jewels perfectly describe the Papal court; and the golden cup mirrors an actual medal struck by the Pope in 1825 depicting a woman holding a cup with the inscription, "She sits upon the Universe". The title "Mystery" was even worn upon the Pope's miter until its connection to Revelation was Realized and it was Removed. The roots of this corrupted system stretch back to ancient Babylon and Queen Semiramis, the original "Queen of Heaven" who initiated the concepts of holy water, the "mola" (wafer), and celibate priests.

The Beast with Seven Heads and Ten Horns upon which the Harlot sits represents the civil powers that supported Papal supremacy. The Seven Heads correspond to the seven mountains of Rome, but also to the seven historical kingdoms that sequentially propped up the Vatican:

1. The Eastern Empire (Justinian).

2. France (Pepin).

3. Germany (Henry).

4. Naples (Charles of Anjou).

5. Spain.

6. Austria.

7. France under Napoleon (who lasted only a "short space" of 10 years).

The "eighth" head was Austria reorganized.

The Ten Horns represent the ten states of Italy. Initially lacking independent power, these states eventually turned against the Papacy (hating the Harlot), united under Victor Emanuel in 1870, stripped the Pope of his political authority, and made him a prisoner of the Vatican, thereby fulfilling the prophecy that they would "make her desolate and naked".

However, the condemnation of Babylon extends far beyond Rome. Protestantism, though instrumental in breaking Catholic tyranny, is but a child of the Harlot. Protestant churches maintain similar dogmas, substituting Spiritual Action with passive belief, and Failing to Manifest the True, Unselfish works of Christ.

Esoterically, the Beast represents "Formation"—the material world, systems, and objects that men can control. When mankind uses these formations for selfish ambition, wealth, and power, they create the Beast. To take the "Mark of the Beast" is to submit to the customs, fears, and selfish economic systems of the world rather than Trusting in the Divine Guidance of God.

The Woman, the Child, and the Two Witnesses

Amidst the darkness, Revelation offers a profound vision of hope: a Woman clothed with the Sun, the Moon under her feet, travailing to give birth to a Man Child, while a Red Dragon waits to devour it.

Historically, the Woman represents Freedom of Thought, Speech, and Conscience. The Child she is fighting to deliver is Truth. When dogma threatened to murder this freedom in Europe, the Woman fled into the "wilderness"—the newly discovered Americas—where she was protected until Truth could be fully birthed into the world.

Esoterically, the Woman is the Holy City, the New Jerusalem, representing the perfect government of God's laws. The Child is Continuous, Divine Revelation. The Red Dragon with Seven heads is the aggregate of human governments and man-made laws based on the Seven mortal sins: Ignorance, Superstition, Willfulness, Selfishness, Conceit, Anger, and Hate.

To bring this Truth to humanity, God uses "Two Witnesses". On a historical level, the Two Witnesses are the prophetic books of Daniel and Revelation. For centuries, these books lay "dead in the streets" because their True Meaning was Misunderstood and Ignored. When their hidden Truths are finally resurrected through correct interpretation, they stand as the Ultimate Condemnation of Dogmatic, Orthodox Religion.

On a Spiritual level, the Two Witnesses are the Word of God and the Son of God, manifested through two human prophets. These individuals must be entirely purged of personal ambition, ego, and worldly desire, becoming blank slates upon which God can write His Will. Operating without orthodox forms or creeds, they act as the "two olive trees and two candlesticks," channeling Pure Revelation to a world Starved of Spiritual Light.

The Day of Wrath and the Fifth Universal Empire

Orthodox theology anticipates a literal end of the world wherein a wrathful God casts sinners into material flames. The revealed translation exposes this as a Profound Misunderstanding of Divine Mechanics. God's "wrath" is, in Reality, His Infinite Love allowing the Inflexible Law of Cause and Effect to Dismantle Human Selfishness.

The "fire and brimstone" that torments the wicked is the Agony of the Human Conscience when it is finally Awakened by the Influence of Higher Spirits, forcing men to Recognize the Absolute Futility and Emptiness of their Selfish, Material Pursuits. The "end of the world" is not the destruction of the planet, but the end of the "Roman world-system"—the Termination of Human Self-Will, Corrupt Governments, and Dogmatic Religion.

This transition is initiated by the loosening of the "Four Winds," which historically represented the destructive wars that built the First Four Universal Empires (Babylon, Persia, Greece, Rome). However, John sees Four Angels holding back these winds of war. This was mirrored in history when England, Austria, Prussia, and Russia united to establish peace after the fall of Napoleon.

The restraint of war paves the way for the "Fifth Universal Empire". Unlike its predecessors, this empire will not be forged by the sword. It will be announced by an Angel from the East bearing the Seal of the Living God. This represents the rising up of a new Spiritual Consciousness among millions of people scattered across the globe. Found in various political and religious bodies, they will be United by a Unanimous sentiment against war, violence, and exploitation.

At this precipice, the great nations of the earth—foremost among them the United States—will face their ultimate trial. Though founded on pure motives of freedom, the United States has allowed commercialism, greed, and class oppression to corrupt its foundation, making it a modern Babylon. Its "fall" will not come from foreign invasion, but from a Complete Internal Restructuring demanded by a populace Awakened to Truth and Justice.

The Book of Revelation is the Ultimate Testament to the patience of the Saints and the precise, mechanical Unfolding of Divine Will. It strips away the Illusion that Salvation can be found in the Pews of Wealthy, Complacent Churches that Tolerate Poverty, Wage War, and Hoard Resources. It Destroys the Deception that a Historical Crucifixion Mechanically Absolves Humanity of its Active Responsibility to Live Ethically.

True Christianity is not a dogma to be believed, but a State of Being to be Achieved. The Apocalypse promises that when the structures of human selfishness finally collapse under the weight of their own corruption, they will be replaced by the New Jerusalem. This is not a city in the sky, but a transformed earth where civil authority punishes the motive rather than the victim, where the Active, Unselfish Man is Recognized as Truly Religious, and where the Sanctuary of Christ is found Eternally Within the Hearts of Men.
