God is ALL in All
This is a Philosophical and Spiritual endeavor to extract, Harmonize, and synthesize the Universal Truths underlying the world's Diverse Religious, Mystical, and Philosophical traditions. Most famously associated with the concept of Perennial Philosophy, it posits that All Major Traditions share a single, transcendent metaphysical Source and Core Set of Truths.
"By the Power of Truth, I, while Living, have Conquered the Universe."
"I Am Nothing, yet I Am Everything."
XVIII - The Moon
Psalm 119 (145–152)
145 I cried with My Whole Heart; Hear Me, O Lord: I Will Keep Thy Statutes.
146 I cried unto Thee; Save Me, and I Shall Keep Thy Testimonies.
147 I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried: I Hoped in Thy Word.
148 Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might Meditate in Thy Word.
149 Hear My Voice according unto Thy Loving Kindness: O Lord, Quicken Me according to Thy Judgment.
150 They draw nigh that follow after mischief: they are far from Thy Law.
151 Thou art near, O Lord; and All Thy Commandments are Truth.
152 Concerning Thy Testimonies, I have known of old that Thou hast founded them Forever.
Qoph (ק)
The Kabbalistic Path of Qoph
On the Tree of Life, Qoph governs the Twenty-Ninth Path, connecting Netzach (Victory/The Astral Mind) directly to Malkuth (The Physical Kingdom). The Hebrew letter Qoph translates to the "Back of the Head" (the cerebellum and medulla oblongata), governing the autonomous nervous system, primal instincts, and the Deep Subconscious. Astrologically attributed to Pisces, the sign of the Cosmic Ocean and dissolution, this Path Represents the perilous bodily threshold where the Soul incarnates into matter or begins its Evolutionary Ascent out of the primordial depths.
The Arcana Symbolism - The Moon (XVIII)
The Moon depicts the Twilight Zone of Human Consciousness—the Psychic wilderness where the Soul must navigate illusions, phantoms, and primal drives to reach True Illumination.
The Luminous Orb and Falling Yods
High in the midnight Blue Sky hangs the Radiant Yellow Moon, displaying a crescent face enclosed within a full lunar disk. Beneath its golden rays fall luminous drops of celestial dew (shaped like the Hebrew letter Yod), showering Divine Grace into the Subconscious depths below.
The Twin Watchtowers
Standing upon the horizon are Two Square Stone Towers marking the boundary between the known Conscious realm and the vast, unmapped territory of the Deep Subconscious. They serve as guardians of the threshold through which the traveler must pass.
The Jackal and the Hound
Flanking the winding road sit a wild wolf and a domesticated dog baying at the Moon. They symbolize the Dual Nature of animal instinct within man: the untamed, primal appetites of nature alongside the conditioned, trained faculties of the ego, Both Unsettled by the Mysterious Pull of Lunar Light.
The Crayfish in the Primeval Waters
Emerging from the dark pool at the base of the scene is a crayfish (or lobster), representing the earliest, most primitive stirrings of Consciousness climbing out of the primordial Subconscious ocean onto the dry land of Spiritual Evolution.
The Narrow Winding Path
A sinuous golden path originates at the edge of the water, snakes between the two howling beasts, passes between the twin towers, and disappears into the distant blue mountains, showing the Long, Arduous Journey from base biological existence to Supernal Realization.
The Alchemical Transmutation (Verses 145–152):
The octave of Qoph captures the earnest struggle of the Soul striving to pierce the darkness before the dawn. Verses 147 and 148 express the Continuous Spiritual Vigil of the adept: "I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried: I Hoped in Thy Word. Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might Meditate in Thy Word." While the world sleeps under the reign of illusion and fluctuating dreams, the Seeker Keeps Conscious Watch.
As Psychic adversaries and phantom fears draw near—"They draw nigh that follow after mischief" (verse 150)—the traveler grounds the Mind in Divine Presence: "Thou Art Near, O LORD; and All Thy Commandments are Truth" (verse 151). The octave closes in verse 152 by anchoring Consciousness in what is Eternal: "Concerning Thy Testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them Forever." The changing, reflective tides of the Moon are transcended by resting upon the permanent bedrock of the ancient, Immutable Law.
